5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, as specified in the agreement.
6. No Guarantees While we strive to help clients achieve their goals, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our coaching services. Success depends on the client’s commitment and effort.
7. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claims arising from the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with written notice. Fees for any unused sessions will be refunded if the termination is initiated by the coach, and any outstanding fees must be paid if terminated by the client.
