What Are Your Terms and Conditions?
1. Services We provide executive services designed to help clients achieve their professional or personal goals. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between the client and the coach.
2. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
3. Payment Terms Fees for coaching services are as agreed upon in the initial consultation. Payments can be made in cash or through digital transactions. Full payment is required before the commencement of the coaching program unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, as specified in the agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claims arising from the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with written notice. Fees for any unused sessions will be refunded if the termination is initiated by the coach, and any outstanding fees must be paid if terminated by the client.
